Didn’t expect to be here less than 2 weeks after tearing my meniscus and only after 3 days of treatment…

…this is Don. I just got back from my Tahoe trip and wanted to let you both know that I played golf 5 days in a row and not once had any back issues! Honestly, I haven’t felt this good and loose for quite some time and really don’t have anything else to attribute it to than you Angie! Everyone was asking how I went from the ER on Saturday to golfing that much…plus I played great, haha. I still have to be careful as I’m stiff in the mornings, etc but feel great. Thank you both. I was at your Cherry Creek location on Tuesday evening with the WNRR group. I did a Barry’s workout that same morning, lower body double floor (which means I did the strength portion twice in a row). The class is extremely intensive, and I’m always sore for multiple days after- like sore to the level where I can’t walk and sometimes have panic attacks from the cortisol. I did your red light bed and PEMF on Tuesday, slept great, and got up Wednesday as if I hadn’t worked out at all. It’s now Thursday, and still, no delayed soreness. I do a lot of biohacking so I know this stuff works, but I am still amazed. I’m a COVID long-hauler and really struggle after workouts due to my mitochondria not working the way they used to. The red light bed and PEMF truly works for recovery. I’ll definitely be sharing with my friends and will be checking out your Lone Tree location sometime. I just wanted to share that.
