I was at your Cherry Creek location on Tuesday evening with the WNRR group. I did a Barry’s workout that same morning, lower body double floor (which means I did the strength portion twice in a row). The class is extremely intensive, and I’m always sore for multiple days after- like sore to the level where I can’t walk and sometimes have panic attacks from the cortisol. I did your red light bed and PEMF on Tuesday, slept great, and got up Wednesday as if I hadn’t worked out at all. It’s now Thursday, and still, no delayed soreness. I do a lot of biohacking so I know this stuff works, but I am still amazed. I’m a COVID long-hauler and really struggle after workouts due to my mitochondria not working the way they used to. The red light bed and PEMF truly works for recovery. I’ll definitely be sharing with my friends and will be checking out your Lone Tree location sometime. I just wanted to share that.

India explained all of the different treatments thoroughly and also why each different treatment would be best for my condition. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a package but I did purchase the $299 package as I can go times per week so it's very cost effective. Anyone wanting to tune up their body with technology and not surgery or medicine, this is worth checking out.  My wife and I are ex-athletes trying to keep our bodies in shape.
